As North America’s largest natural gas producer, we’re working to expand opportunities in the local communities where we operate.

November 2025

Operational Update

On Oct. 29, Expand Energy reported its 3Q 2025 financial and operating results. To learn more, see our news release and presentation.

“Expand is answering the world’s call for more affordable, reliable, lower carbon energy. In one short year, we have significantly scaled and strengthened our business and are well positioned to access and safely deliver natural gas into new and growing power, industrial and LNG markets,” said Nick Dell’Osso, Expand Energy’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We continue to deliver leading capital efficiency in each of our operating areas demonstrating our ability to increase returns on investment across our diverse portfolio. Importantly, as illustrated by our Lake Charles Methanol SPA, we are capitalizing on our strengths to focus not simply on value protection, but critically, on value creation. We are using our unique global scale to expand the value of each molecule, in the U.S. and abroad.”

Get to Know Mylen Madigan, Maintenance Superintendent – NE App

Mylen Madigan

He’s a 17-year industry veteran with nearly 15 years spent at Expand Energy. Mylen grew up in NE App and has taken advantage of every experience the area has to offer.

How would you describe your job to a neighbor? And what does a typical day look like?
I’m based out of the NE App area, which is also where I grew up — so there’s a real sense of pride in helping safely develop energy right here at home.

Day to day, I oversee several operations across my department, including facilities and instrumentation and electrical. My job involves managing schedules and crews and keeping logistics running smoothly so all jobs stay on track.

No two days are the same, and that’s part of what keeps it exciting. Whether it’s troubleshooting an issue in the field or planning for upcoming projects, there’s always something new to tackle and a great team beside me to get it done.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is having the opportunity to work with a great team. I have been able to watch people enter the industry at an entry level position and grow their career. The opportunity Expand Energy offers for growth and development is second to none and I will forever be grateful for this opportunity.

Being part of this experience has been a blessing for myself and my family. That’s why success to me is ensuring each and every day our team goes home safely to their families. Safety is part of all of our conversations at Expand Energy.

What do you do when you’re not at work?
I really enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s camping with family and friends, hiking a new trail, fishing on the river, hunting in the woods, or taking my motorcycle out for a long ride. There’s something about being outside that is relaxing and peaceful. I really enjoy spending this time with my family and experiencing new adventures.

In the Community – Celebrating Our First Anniversary

One Year Strong

Expand Energy marked our first anniversary in October with a series of community service projects and celebrations across the company. From packing meals at food banks to picking up litter, employees came together to show what Expand for Good means in action. Each celebration was a reminder that our company’s success is because of our people and the communities we call home.

Highlights of these celebrations and our other community work include:

  • Supporting Food Security in our Community with CHOP: Throughout the quarter, NE App employees volunteered with CHOP packing nutritious meals to tackle food insecurity across Pennsylvania. In celebration of Expand Energy’s 1st Anniversary, we held an employee food drive where employees donated enough food to provide breakfast for over 800 children in our area.
  • Sweet Times at the Troy Fair Milkshake Booth: Our NE App team joined in the fun at the Troy Fair, lending a hand at the beloved Milkshake Booth. Over the course of three days employees helped run the booth, make milkshakes, serve fairgoers, clean and remove trash. It was important to our team to support an important tradition for this Pennsylvania community.
  • Pitching In at the Sullivan County Fairgrounds: This summer, employees rolled up their sleeves to help prepare the Sullivan County Fairgrounds for its annual fair in August. Volunteers helped weed the fairgrounds and build booths and fair areas to get the event up and running.
