Domenic Dell’Osso, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dell’Osso serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and on the Board of Directors at Expand Energy Corporation, having previously held the same positions at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since October 2021. Mr. Dell’Osso joined Chesapeake in 2008 where he served in positions of increasing responsibility including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2021. Before joining Chesapeake, he was an energy investment banker with Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dell’Osso currently serves on the board of Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) and is a member of the Executive Committee of the American Exploration and Production Council (AXPC).
Mr. Dell’Osso graduated from Boston College and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chris Lacy
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Lacy serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Southwestern Energy Company. Mr. Lacy joined Southwestern in 2014 as chief litigation counsel and held various roles of progressively increasing responsibility. Before joining Southwestern, Chris was with Dewey & LeBouef, LLP and Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing P.C. with a practice focused on high value and high stakes litigation. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in the energy industry.
Mr. Lacy earned his B.A. in Communication from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as a Notes and Comments editor for the Houston Law Review.
Mohit Singh
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Singh serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, having previously held the same position at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since December 2021. Prior, Mr. Singh served on the executive leadership team at BPX Energy, the United States onshore subsidiary of BP, for six years. He most recently led the M&A, corporate land and reserves functions, having previously served as Head of Business Development and Exploration and as Senior Vice President – North Business Unit. Prior to joining BPX, Mr. Singh worked as an investment banker focused on oil and gas transactions for Goldman Sachs from 2008 to 2013 and RBC Capital Markets from 2013 to 2014.
A chemical engineer by training, he began his career at Shell Exploration & Production Company where he held business planning, reservoir engineering and research engineering roles of increasing responsibility.
Mr. Singh earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, an M.B.A. from the University of Texas and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Kanpur.
Josh Viets
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Viets serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, having previously held the same position at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since February 2022. Prior, Mr. Viets served as the Vice President, Delaware Basin in the Permian Basin Business Unit for ConocoPhillips. He began his career with ConocoPhillips in 2002, working in a variety of technical and leadership roles in the U.S. and the United Kingdom. Mr. Viets has held leadership positions in operations, engineering, subsurface and asset management. Earlier in his career, he worked as a reservoir and production engineer supporting a diverse set of assets across the ConocoPhillips portfolio.
Mr. Viets earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
Chris Ayres
Vice President – Investor Relations
Chris Ayres was named Vice President – Investor Relations in October 2024, where he oversees the company’s investor engagement and communications. He previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer of Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Ayres was a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Evercore in Houston, London and Dubai, advising public energy companies.
Mr. Ayres received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Tim Beard
Vice President – Drilling
Tim Beard was named Vice President – Drilling in October 2024. He previously served as Vice President of Drilling, Completions and Facilities at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022. Mr. Beard joined Chesapeake in 2006 as an asset manager, having previously worked at both Burlington Resources and ConocoPhillips.
Mr. Beard earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University.
Blake Boyce
Vice President – Supply Chain
Blake Boyce was named Vice President – Supply Chain in October 2024, where he leads teams to optimize the company’s supply chain, mitigate risk and reduce total cost of ownership. He previously served as Director of Supply Chain at Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where he joined in 2012. Prior, Mr. Boyce served in various Supply Chain roles at Chesapeake, supporting the vertically integrated oilfield services business and drilling teams. Previously, he held supply chain leadership roles in gas compression, sand logistics and power solutions.
Mr. Boyce holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
John Christ
Vice President – Chief Information Officer
John Christ was named Vice President – Chief Information Officer in October 2024. He is responsible for developing and implementing information technology strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to improve operational performance, and supporting the timely integration of acquired companies. Mr. Christ previously served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2021, and before that as Vice President of Internal Audit and Supply Chain. Prior to Chesapeake, he served as an executive director at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Christ received his B.A. from Northwestern University.
Derek Cutright
Vice President – Southwest Appalachia
Derek Cutright was named Vice President – Southwest Appalachia in October 2024. He leads multi-disciplinary teams, developing and executing strategies that cultivate a culture of safety and continuous improvement in the development and production of oil and gas. Mr. Cutright previously served as Senior Vice President of Southwest Appalachia at Southwestern Energy Company, where he joined in 2008 and held various operational leadership positions contributing to the development of the Fayetteville, Haynesville, Utica and Marcellus Shale plays. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked in the Gulf of Mexico, U.S. onshore and international projects with Mobil, ExxonMobil and East Resources.
Mr. Cutright holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Marcellus Shale Coalition.
David Eudey
Vice President – Northeast Appalachia
David Eudey was named Vice President – Northeast Appalachia in October 2024, where he oversees field production, production engineering, subsurface, land and planning responsibilities across Expand Energy Corporation’s Marcellus asset. He previously served as Vice President, Haynesville at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022 after serving in engineering roles of increasing responsibility for more than 15 years.
Mr. Eudey earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Matt Garner
Vice President – Health, Safety, Environmental & Regulatory
Matt Garner was named Vice President – Health, Safety, Environmental & Regulatory (HSER) in October 2024. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSER regulations and internal standards, establishing governance to manage company HSER risks, and helping to lead and execute the company’s HSER strategy. Mr. Garner previously served as Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022. Prior to Chesapeake, he spent 16 years with ConocoPhillips with roles in the Lower 48, Alaska, Canada and Poland, most recently as their Global Chief of Health and Safety Assurance.
Mr. Garner earned a B.S. in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Kajsa Greenhoward
Vice President – Corporate & Strategic Planning
Kajsa Greenhoward was named Vice President – Corporate & Strategic Planning in October 2024. In this position, she oversees planning consolidation, portfolio optimization and resource advancement. Ms. Greenhoward previously served as Vice President, Corporate and Strategic Planning at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2017. She joined Chesapeake in 2001, serving in various financial planning and accounting-related roles.
Ms. Greenhoward earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Andy Huggins
Vice President – Haynesville
Andy Huggins was named Vice President – Haynesville in October 2024. He previously served as Senior Vice President & Division Head at Southwestern Energy Company, leading the Haynesville Division. Mr. Huggins previously led the Corporate Development team at Southwestern and played a key role in both Montage and Indigo acquisitions. Mr. Huggins began his career at Halliburton in 2003 as an engineer before joining Southwestern in 2007. During his 17 years with the company, he led in various roles with increasing responsibility, including in operations, midstream and commercial and corporate development.
Mr. Huggins earned an Electrical Engineering degree from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jason Kurtz
Vice President – Marketing
Jason Kurtz was named Vice President – Marketing in October 2024 where he oversees all commodity sales, transportation and midstream commercial development. He previously served as Vice President, Marketing at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Kurtz was Vice President of Marketing and Transportation at Southwestern Energy Company and brings more than 25 years of experience in gathering, interstate transportation, commodity sales, hedging and asset optimization.
Mr. Kurtz holds a business degree from Oklahoma State University.
Greg Larson
Vice President – Accounting & Controller
Greg Larson was named Vice President – Accounting & Controller in October 2024. He leads the organization’s accounting function, including maintaining proper oversight and control over financial reporting, operational accounting, technical accounting, compliance and internal controls. Mr. Larson previously served as Vice President of Accounting and Controller at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2021. Before joining Chesapeake, he held accounting positions of increasing responsibility for Access Midstream Partners (formerly Chesapeake Midstream Partners), Diamondback Energy Services and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Larson has a B.S. in Business and M.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma City University and is a certified public accountant.
Dan Lopata
Vice President – Completions, Facilities & Production Services
Dan Lopata was named Vice President – Completions, Facilities & Production Services in October 2024. He previously served as Vice President, Marcellus at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022. Mr. Lopata began at Chesapeake as an intern in the drilling department and grew his career by serving in engineering roles of increasing responsibility and across various company assets.
Mr. Lopata graduated from Marietta College with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering.
Toni Parks-Payne
Vice President – Human Resources & Employee Services
Toni Parks-Payne was named Vice President – Human Resources & Employee Services in October 2024, where she oversees Human Resources and the amenities and services for the corporate employees and campus. Ms. Parks-Payne previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and Employee Services at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2022, having joined the company in 2005.
Ms. Parks-Payne earned a B.S. in Public Relations with a concentration in kinesiology from Kansas State University. She also earned an M.A. in Wellness Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Dennis Price
Vice President – Marketing
Dennis Price was named Vice President – Marketing in October 2024. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Transportation and Commercial at Southwestern Energy Company since 2023. Mr. Price has more than 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, recently as Vice President of Marketing and Trading for EP Energy. Prior to EP Energy, Mr. Price spent 17 years with El Paso Corporation, first establishing a wholesale power trading and marketing business, then managing an international cross-commodity portfolio.
Mr. Price holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in British Literature from the University of Oregon.
Brittany Raiford
Vice President – Treasurer
Brittany Raiford was named Vice President – Treasurer in October 2024. She previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Southwestern Energy Company. Prior, she held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Southwestern’s accounting department, primarily focused on financial reporting and operations analysis. Ms. Raiford began her career in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Raiford holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and was named by Hart Energy Forty Under 40 as an emerging leader in the oil and gas industry in 2023.
