EXE Donates to Texas Hill Country Relief Efforts

July 08, 2025

Expand Energy recently contributed to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund to support the rescue, relief and recovery efforts following the catastrophic flash floods in Central Texas. Although the company does not have operations in this area, company employees were personally impacted by the loss and damage ravaged by the floodwaters.

Employee Dennis Price had family friends at Camp Mystic, a girls’ summer camp along the Guadalupe River that flooded.

“It is difficult not to feel helpless when confronted by the painful reality of children lost, families suffering and homes destroyed,” said Price, VP of Trading, Risk, Analysis, LNG & Power. “In times like these, the collective response from communities and companies offers a measure of solace. While our hearts remain heavy with concern for those recovering, missing or lost, we remain steadfast in our support and hope for healing.”

The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund will give grants to vetted organizations providing flood assistance support in the communities of Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point and Comfort. Grants will fund local nonprofit organizations, first responder agencies and governments actively supporting victims and recovery efforts.
