Expand Energy marked our first anniversary with a series of community service projects and celebrations across the company. From packing meals at food banks to picking up litter, employees came together to show what Expand for Good means in action. Each celebration was a reminder that our company’s success is because of our people and the communities we call home.


More than 200 Oklahoma City employees volunteered at Wings, helping the organization maintain its expansive campus. Wings is a special needs community for adults with developmental disabilities, offering day programs and a monthly social club.


To celebrate, 100 Spring employees sorted 11,859 pounds of food at the Montgomery County Food Bank. The Montgomery County Food Bank is celebrating its 40th year serving the area. In 2024, it provided 9 million meals to neighbors.

Haynesville team members supported a variety of community projects. Their volunteering included coordinating food donations at the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana and helping set up and prepare the Red River Parish Fair and Rodeo.

Southwest Appalachia employees shared lunch and cake at Wheeling Park, while also kicking off a coat drive to support local families. The employees collected coats for the Coats for Kids drive through the Salvation Army.

Northeast Appalachia employees met at the Sayre office for cake and a food drive for CHOP Out Hunger. Employees donated enough food to provide breakfast for over 800 children. CHOP tackles food insecurity across Pennsylvania through weekend backpack programs, in-school pantries and pop-up pantries.

Compass Manufacturing employees came together at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, packing produce and potatoes to provide 25,667 meals and filling 960 backpacks for neighbors in need.
