Expand Energy celebrated its first year as a company by ringing the Opening Bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York City on Tuesday, Oct. 7. CEO Nick Dell’Osso was joined by a group of employees representing teams across the company to commemorate the occasion.
As part of the ceremony, Nick delivered remarks which were streamed live from Time Square and broadcast on television to a global audience.
The ringing of the bell marks the official start of the trading day. What once served as a practical cue for the trading room floor, the tradition continues and often recognizes corporate milestones and significant individuals.
