As North America’s largest natural gas producer, we’re working to expand opportunities in the local communities where we operate.

November 2025

Operational Update

On Oct. 29, Expand Energy reported its 3Q 2025 financial and operating results. To learn more, see our news release and presentation.

“Expand is answering the world’s call for more affordable, reliable, lower carbon energy. In one short year, we have significantly scaled and strengthened our business and are well positioned to access and safely deliver natural gas into new and growing power, industrial and LNG markets,” said Nick Dell’Osso, Expand Energy’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We continue to deliver leading capital efficiency in each of our operating areas demonstrating our ability to increase returns on investment across our diverse portfolio. Importantly, as illustrated by our Lake Charles Methanol SPA, we are capitalizing on our strengths to focus not simply on value protection, but critically, on value creation. We are using our unique global scale to expand the value of each molecule, in the U.S. and abroad.”

Employee Spotlight

Get to Know John Dubowski, Construction Superintendent – SW App

John Dubowski

John’s career started in civil engineering and construction 27 years ago. He’s planned and analyzed a variety of worksites and projects throughout his tenure, the last six years spent at Expand Energy. Beyond his day job, he coaches his local middle school track team.

How would you describe your job to a neighbor?
My team’s main duty is to build and maintain the lease roads and pads. We also upgrade and repair the public haul routes to our locations and reclaim impoundments for our water team. To put it simply, we move dirt and get things done.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
I am rewarded by working on projects from cradle to grave. I am involved in the design, construction, maintenance and reclamation of our locations.

I’m really proud of the work we’ve done on some of our most recent pad construction projects. I was a consulting civil engineer that assisted with designing the pad and then transitioned to be a permanent construction superintendent that got to build the site. That was a rare career opportunity that helped me learn a lot about projects of that scale.

What does success look like for you and your team?
Success for my team means being a reliable support system for the other teams. We measure our success by how seamlessly we enable their work, ensuring roads are passable and project sites remain stable. Our goal is to never be a bottleneck. It’s especially important to us that rural roads are not only maintained but upgraded, so they’re in equal or better condition than when we began using them.

What do you do when you’re not at work?
When I am not at work, I am a middle school track coach. I was happy to have coached both my son and daughter. I also enjoy taking our boat on the lake and wakeboarding in the summer. In the winter, I enjoy skiing with my family.

In the Community – Celebrating Our First Anniversary

One Year Strong

Expand Energy marked our first anniversary in October with a series of community service projects and celebrations across the company. From packing meals at food banks to picking up litter, employees came together to show what Expand for Good means in action. Each celebration was a reminder that our company’s success is because of our people and the communities we call home.

Highlights of these celebrations and our other community work include:

  • Collecting Coats to Prepare for Winter Needs: SW App employees hosted a coat drive to support a local Coats4Kids drive through the Salvation Army. Hundreds of coats were gathered and donated to West Virginia kids ahead of cold fall and winter months to ensure our community has the resources it needs.
  • Celebrating Art with the Symphony Concert Series: This summer, Expand Energy helped bring the sound of celebration to communities across West Virginia as a sponsor of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra’s Celebrate America! concert tour. Free, family-oriented performances were held throughout SW App — ending with an Independence Day show at Heritage Port with thousands in attendance. The tour honored both America’s independence and the resilience of West Virginians recovering from recent floods.
  • Feeding Families through Intern Special Event: During SW App’s intern week, our summer interns, their mentors and fellow employees teamed up to support the Ohio County Family Resource Network (FRN). Along with a $5,000 company donation to help address local food and energy insecurity, volunteers spent the afternoon restocking the FRN’s food pantry. The team also refilled four community “Blessing Boxes,” helping ensure neighbors in need had access to shelf-stable goods and essentials.
